Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged.

In case of a damaged item, we will replace it with a new one.

We offer size exchange only

( KUWAIT ONLY )for the same item, subject to availability.

Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed if the requested size is out of stock.

We kindly ask you to check the size chart carefully before placing your order and to read our policy thoroughly.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to fulfill LOCAL ORDERS within (1-2) business days of the date of your order and (1.5 KD DELIVERY CHARGE). For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS it will take around (2-3) business days and will cost 6 kd by (DHL).
Business day mean Sunday to Thursday, except holidays.
